SENIOR NIGHT FORM

SENIOR NIGHT 2021

Each year we honor our senior band members by introducing them during halftime of a home football game and honoring them during an informal banquet. The parents or guardians are introduced as they escort their senior onto the field.

This year these events will be held on Friday, October 15th and Monday, October 18th.

Please complete the information below so that you can be introduced properly and so that we can plan for the number of guests who will attend the informal banquet. THIS INFORMATION IS DUE Friday September 24th.

In addition, baby photos are displayed at the Senior Night Banquet. Please provide a baby photo of your student via the following options

Send a digital file (photo from your phone or computer) with your student's name to [email protected]
Take a picture of your favorite baby picture with your cell phone and send this photo with student's name to [email protected]

We are also requesting your address so that we can mail a formal invitation to you.
